A YUMMY night!

What a wonderful night we had a the "Harvest Cooking Challenge" last night!So, much happened last night! First, we shared the delicious (and beautiful!) dishes that our chefs prepared while our celebrity judges tasted and rated the culinary creations. Next, we had our grand opening of the "Children's Book Sale" where benefits will be used to purchase an early learning computer. After the shopping was done, we gathered back to the community room to enjoy some delicious "Garden Cake" that was donated by Kristin of "Summit Sweets" (she does all kinds of cakes- ask us for more information)

While the final scores were being calculated, we awarded the money you donated over the summer to Dakin Pioneer Valley Humane Society. We got to hear from Emily Weihing about how the money is going to be used. (Like proper care for baby animals!)

Finally, the results were in....and our GOLDEN Rolling Pin Trophy went to... Jake Brady with "Jake's Chicken Pot Pie" Take a look.....

Yummy!!!

Our silver rolling pin went to Camille DeGrave with "Camile's Salad" and the third place rolling pin went to Tessa & Alina Cantella with "Breakfast Biscuit on-the-go!"

All and all, it was a wonderful night so thank you to our wonderful judges, Summit Sweets, Emily Weihing from Dakin Pioneer Valley Humane Society, our volunteers, and YOU! Take a look at the slide show from the evening, but BEWARE it will make your mouth water!
