A "Rome"-ing We will Go!

Summer reading is in full swing! Our windows are filling up with beautiful artwork, games are being played, and hours of reading are really adding up!

Now...it's time to go back to Ancient Rome in 80 CE!

Here's our Travel Itinerary
(a.k.a. What's going on this week!)
Wed. 7/6
@ 11am: ages 3-10, " Musical Tales from Around the World with Scott Kepnes" An interactive music and story program. Registration is required
@4pm: 3rd-6th grade, "Chess Club" Drop in for a game, or two! No registration is required.

Thu. 7/7

@10:30am: all ages, "Mini Raffle" All who are present will be entered to win a mini prize! No registration is required!
@11am: ages 3-8, "Fire Safety with the East Longmeadow Fire Department" Join firefighter Ed McCandlish and see what it's like to be a firefighter, even explore a pumper truck!! Registration is required.

Fri. 7/8

@ 10am: birth-3 years, "Sign it Loud and Clear" a special 4-part (Fri 7/8, 7/15, 7/22, and 7/29- all at 10am) baby sign language program. Registration for the 4-part session is required. This program is full.

All Week during "Time Travel Agency" Hours

(Mon-Wed 10-7:30, Thu-Fri 10-4:30)

Craft Kiosk: Earn 2 raffle tickets by creating a Roman column, or a man in a toga (for our younger crafters)
Postcards from Leroy Game: Grab a suitcase and hunt through the children's department to find postcards from Leroy! Find all 6 and you will be rewarded with two raffle tickets!
Take a Guess!: Visit our guessing jar and the "What in the World?" food and make a great guess. If you're correct you will be entered to win....MORE TICKETS!
Write a Review: Create an online book review to be displayed on our sign up website and be entered to win 10 raffle tickets!! (There is NO LIMIT to how often you can do this!!)
