The Giving Tree is up!

The Giving Tree is back! As you create your holiday gift list please consider adding a child living at the "Family Place" Shelter in Holyoke by visiting the Giving Tree. Here's how is works:

Step One: Visit the library and pick out a gift tag from the tree and register at the ASK me desk
Step Two: Buy an age appropriate gift
Step Three: Bring the unwrapped present back to the library by Dec. 15th.

We are also accepting hats, mittens, scarves, etc. for the shelter.

The Giving Tree is up!

We are continuing our tradition of hosting a Giving Tree in the Children's Department; our tree is filled with gift tags that suggest a type of gift for a needy child. Simply take a tag, come to the Ask Me Desk and have us check it off, then purchase your gift and return it unwrapped by Monday, December 14.

Our Giving Tree benefits the children at The Family Place Shelter, which provides support for over 90 homeless children. Thank you for your generous help with this endeavor.
