Thank you!

What an amazing time we have had this summer!! We've met new friends, we've read a TON, we've seen magic, and animals, and sang songs, and done crafts, and helped animals, and so, so, so much more!! Thank you to our wonderful performers! Thank you to our wonderful volunteers! And, you know what? It wouldn't have been as fabulous with out YOU! So, thank YOU!

Even though summer reading is over...there is still so much going on in August here's what you can do:

- Stories in the Park! Thursday 8/5 and next Thursday 8/14 at 11am at the Little Red School House (it's located at the corner of School St. and High St. in East Longmeadow- call for directions) There is no registration necessary just bring a lunch, a blanket, and your favorite stuffed friend!

- Roller Skating Party Tue. 8/10 from 6pm-8pm at Interskate 91 in Wilbraham. You must have a ticket to attend this party. (You receive a ticket with your 10 hour reading packet) This is also where we announce the winners of the raffle prizes!

- Kindergarten Orientation and Story Time, Wed. 8/18 at 10:30am. This is a special story time for children entering Meadow Brook Kindergarten in the fall. No registration is required.

-Volunteer Pizza Party, Mon. 8/23rd at 1pm. This is a party to thank our AWESOME volunteers who helped out during summer reading. Please call or e-mail if you plan on attending.

Also, this month we will be cleaning up all the Go Green decorations, so please stop by to pick up your terrarium and/or invention. Thanks!

Teddy Bear Picnic

Looking for something fun to do on a sunny beautiful day?? Well, join us on August 5th with your favorite stuffed friend, a blanket, and a picnic lunch at 11am at the Little Red School House for stories in the park! And, join us again August 12th for more stories in the park!


The Little Red School house is located at the corner of School Street and High Street in East Longmeadow. No registration is necessary! If you need more directions, contact us. We look forward to seeing you at the park!
